3. IrishJobs.ie Ltd has a number of prizes to give away; no cash prize will be offered in lieu.
4. All prizes must be redeemed before 30th September 2012

IrishJobs.ie Ltd, their servants and or agents, shall not under any circumstances be liable in contract, tort or otherwise, howsoever arising for any losses, damages, injuries or expenses: (i) claimed by the entrants in respect of the competition prize(s); or (ii) in the use of the prize(s). 7. This competition and these rules, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
8. By accepting any of the prizes mentioned in the competition outline, the winner agrees to the use of their company name and/or likeness for advertising & publicity purposes without compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing.
